Cancellation is only available if production on your order has not been started. If you have already sent your keepsake materials to me, a drying and/or return shipping fee will be assessed.

For CHRISTMAS DELIVERY, Order by OCTOBER 1ST (keepsake materials must also be received by OCT 10th) Orders made after OCT 1st (or with keepsake materials received after OCT 10th) will have an estimated completion date after Jan 1st in relation to the order of receipt of each client’s keepsake materials. Therefore the longer after OCT 1st that your order is made, the later your order will be completed.
Order must be made before sending keepsake materials. Flowers can’t be put into the drying process until order is received.
Upon ordering, please make sure to check your shipping address to ensure correct shipping. If you would like your order shipped to an address other than is associated with your Etsy account, you must change the shipping address to your recipient’s address. If not, you will need to cancel your order and reorder to ensure your order is mailed correctly.
If more than 1 order is made to be competed with the same keepsake materials, you must mention in the “notes to seller” section on later orders to ensure that all invoices/orders are completed and are not left behind when I receive your materials. If an order is made after I receive your materials, your order completion date is based on the date of your last order.
Please let me know when your keepsake materials are actually in the mail so I can be looking out for them. I will contact you upon receipt of your package giving you your order completion time which is 6-8 weeks from the receipt of your materials.
