Keep your loved one close in this handcrafted, one of a kind, Cremation Urn. I make these one at a time; keeping in mind that someday they may bring some peace and comfort to someone who has felt the loss of a beloved family member, friend or pet.

My unique method of creating these Urns produces a safe, secure container that isn't easily spilled. This jar/container is one piece and has no removable lid. Your loved-one's cremains are placed in a hole in the bottom of the Urn and a natural (in some cases, hand cut) cork is added to seal the vessel (cork included).

If you do not think you have enough petals, I can add some greenery or other filler to your keepsake. Otherwise there can just be empty space in your keepsake for more light to show through.

Only Flowers/Petals needed for your order can be processed so please only send what is needed (Extra flowers will be discarded).
Please remove Ribbon and Pins unless you want them to be used in your keepsake items.

FRESH FLOWERS

* Try not to ship over the weekend so they do not get caught up at the post office over Sunday. If needed, you can store your fresh flowers in the refrigerator until you ship them. Make sure they do not freeze.

* It is important that you do not ask for signature receipt to prevent your flowers from returning to the post office. This can be very bad for your flowers, especially in very hot and very cold weather.

* If sending fresh flowers, you can leave your flowers intact and loosely wrap them with at least 3 or 4 layers of paper towels. Place in a paper envelope or cardboard box. DO NOT use any envelopes with plastic lining. Do not use bubble wrap, plastic bags or any type of plastic. Try not to pack the flowers too tightly so they can have room for air to circulate.

* If your flowers are NOT COMPLETELY DRY, mail via the fastest way possible that you feel is affordable to you. The condition of your flowers will directly affect the outcome of your keepsake(s). This is especially important in hotter and colder months.

* Please send only the amount of flowers that are needed for your order as listed above. Extras will be discarded.

DRIED FLOWERS

* If drying your own flowers, take them apart or they may mold inside. This is common in roses and other thick, layered flowers.

* Please place your dried petals in several layers of paper towels and place in your mailing envelope or box. Do not use any envelopes with plastic lining. Do not use bubble wrap or plastic bags. Even if your flowers feel dry, they can sweat and condensate if in plastic during transit degrading them further.

* If your flowers are COMPLETELY DRY, you may send your flowers via regular mail as long as you follow the above instructions.

* Please send only the amount of flowers that are needed for your order as listed above. Extras will be discarded.

Hair / Fur or Cremains.

* Please place your keepsake material in a double plastic baggie and ship in a padded envelope (padded envelope is especially important with cremains).

Cremains * Please send approx. 1 Tbsp of Cremains per bead or small pendant.

Hair / Fur * Please send enough hair or fur to fill your keepsake plus a bit extra if you have it.
* Keep in mind that Hair and Fur tends to darken in Resin (White does not darken).

* Any unused portion of your hair, fur or cremains will be returned with your completed order.

FLOWERS

• Should I send fresh or dried flowers? You can send fresh or dry, however if you send fresh, I can dry them professionally and they will retain more of their natural, fresh color.

o What if I would like to dry my own flowers? Drying your flowers in Silica is the best way for retaining the natural, fresh color of your flowers.

o Can I send old flowers? The age of your flowers does not matter as long as they are not molded.

• Can I send in my flowers and have certain flowers go into specific items?
 If your flowers are from the same event, merely let me know which colors you would like in which keepsake either in the “notes to buyer” section upon purchase or if you have already purchased, by clicking on your order and sending in a separate message.
 If your flowers are from different events and they need to stay separated, you can separate your flowers in different labeled paper envelopes or labeled wraps of paper towels. Label each with which item and recipient if helpful.

• Can I send in all of my flowers and have the extras returned? Due to my order backlog, I am no longer able to process extra flowers and return them. Please only send in enough flowers/petals needed for your order based on the needed petal quantities given on my Instruction Sheet. Extras will not be processed (my instruction sheet asks for about 3 times what I normally receive so I will have extras to choose the best petals or parts of the petals – no need to send more than requested).

• What else can be embedded in my keepsake?

• Which beads will fit a Pandora Style Bracelet? All of my European style beads (beads with grommet in hole) will fit on a Pandora style bracelet. The 16mm x 10mm, The larger Barrel, Tube and Cylinder beads are great for stringing on a chain or a cord for a necklace. My regular round and rondelle beads are meant for stringing on thin stringing cord or wire and should not be put on a chain (the chain will wear the bead because there is not a grommet as in my European Style Beads).

• How long will it take to get my order? Order completion time is 4-6 weeks from the day I receive your keepsake materials.

For orders needed by Christmas, I can not guarantee delivery unless ordered prior to November 10th. (keepsake materials must be receive by Nov. 20)

• Can I call to ask questions? Because I do not have a business phone number and like to be able to reference back to all correspondence, I prefer to keep all discussion via the messaging system so that I can have it for future reference and to avoid confusion. I hope this is not an inconvenience. That being said, I would be happy to address and answer any questions you have. If during our correspondence, you feel that you are having a problem conveying your questions, I will be happy to give you my personal phone number.

• Can I drop off my flowers? Because I work out of a home-studio, for security and zoning reasons, I can not receive flowers in-person at my home-studio. If you live within 15 miles of my home-studio, I can pick them up at a scheduled time for a $20 pick-up fee to be paid via Etsy reserved listing prior to pick-up.

• Do you offer Rush Orders? I offer a 2 week order completion time (as opposed to my normal 4 week) for such situations for a 25% rush fee. The order completion time starts on the day I receive your keepsake materials. Please let me know if you would like me to create the listing for you for a rush fee (rush orders not always available according to my order backlog).
